Shortcuts
The notification by Germany to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'The Law contains provisions on the protection of utility models and provisions regarding application, priority, term of protection, sanctions for infringement and seizure.' Section 5 relates an application for a utility patent to a prior patent application.

Die WTO-Mitteilung hält fest:
'Das Gesetz enthält Bestimmungen zum Schutz von Gebrauchsmustern sowie zur Anmeldung, Priorität, Schutzzeitraum, Sanktionen bei Verletzung und zur Beschlagnahme'.
