Notes:	For provisions concerning the protection of intellectual property rights, see: Article 8 refers to the protection of intellectual property, trade or business as reasons to prohibit the importation or exportation of goods. Article 9 deals with prohibition of infringing goods. Article 71 relates to royalties and license fees related to imported goods and may include, among others, payments for patents, trademarks or trade name and copyright. Article 258 concerns exemptions on import and export licensing and other restrictions on goods in industrial or commercial free-zones.
