Year of Version 2003 Dates Entry into force: September 5, 2003 Adopted: September 4, 2003 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Patents (Inventions), Industrial Property Notes This Decree 'amends Articles 1, 2, 5, 9 and 10 of Decree No. 3.201 of October 6, 1999, which provides for the grant, ex officio, of compulsory license in cases of national emergency and public interest as provided in Art. 71 of Law No. 9.279 of May 14, 1996.'

Este decreto 'dá nova redação aos arts. 1, 2, 5, 9 e 10 do Decreto n.° 3.201, de 6 de outubro de 1999, que dispõe sobre a concessão, de ofício, de licença compulsória nos casos de emergência nacional e de interesse público de que trata o art. 71 da Lei n.° 9.279, de 14 de maio de 1996.'
