Federal Law No. 135-FZ of July 26, 2006, on the Protection of Competition contains, inter alia, the following provisions relevant to protection of intellectual property rights against unfair competition:
- Chapter 2, Article 10, paragraph 4; Article 11, paragraph 1^2; Article 14;
- Chapter 6, Article 23, paragraph 1, subparagraph 2), k); Article 25; Article 26;
- Chapter 9, Article 44, paragraph 3.
This Federal Law was officially published in the Russian Gazette on July 27, 2006, and entered into force on the expiration of 30 days from the date of its official publication on October 26, 2006, in accordance with its Article 54.
