Notes:	This Federal Law defines what information can be commercially secret and regulates the allocation of information as a trade secret, the transfer of such information, the protection of confidentiality, and the prevention of unfair competition while balancing the interests of information holders, other market members, and the State. This Law does not apply to information classified as a State secret.
