Notes:	This Act establishes standards governing the administrative activity and administrative procedure of the public sector, makes available an equal right of petition with the Public Administration, and regulates challenges to administrative actions that affect rights or legitimate interests of the governed. Second Final Provision: This Law shall enter into force twelve (12) months after publication
