'The Public Servants Inventions Act 1985, Chapter P-32 'vests Ministers of the Crown with all rights to inventions made by a public servant while acting within the scope of his duties or employment; using facilities, equipment or financial aid provided by the Crown; or resulting from or connected to his duties or employment.'
