Notes:	At present, there is no copyright law in Laos. However, a draft copyright law was developed in 2005. In addition to this, an Intellectual Property law including copyright and related rights, which is based on the WIPO model law and the requirements of the TRIPS Agreement, was in preparation with promulgation expected in 2010.
