Notes:	-The Copyright Law 2008 replaced and repealed the Copyright Law 1973 as amended in 1986. -The 2008 Copyright Law meets the requirements of TRIPs, the WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty (WPPT) and the WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT) . The WCT and WPPT are also known as ‘WIPO Internet Treaties’ of 1996. -In particular , please refer to Part IV (Arts. 156-160) for the provisions on the Expressions of Folklore (see p. 36)
