Notes:The notification by Chile to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'This new text reforms the Industrial Property Law No. 19.039 by introducing changes with respect to invalidation of registration procedure, possibility of extending the term of protection in case of unjustified administrative delay in granting a patent, recognition of collective and certification marks and the coexistence of trademarks and geographical indications or appellations of origin.'
