Article 294: Repeal of provisions contrary to this Act
"The Act of February 25, 1963 on Patents, Act of February 25, 1963 on Industrial Designs, the Law of 25 February 1963 relating to trademarks or trade, Law No. 27/1983 of 15 November 1983 governing Copyright, Legislative Order No. 41/63 of 24 February 1950 on the repression of unfair competition, as well as all other previous legal provisions contrary to this Act are repealed."
