Notes:	-This law 'regulates rights and obligations regarding industrial property.' -The notification by Brazil to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'Articles 46 to 49, 56 and 57 regulate the nullity of patents; Article 118 regulates the nullity of industrial designs; Articles 165 to 167, 173 to 175 regulate the nullity of trademarks; Article 206 contains provisions concerning 'in camera proceedings' related to industrial property rights; and Articles 207 to 210 contain general provisions concerning civil actions related to the violation of intellectual property rights.' -Date of entry into force: see Article 243 for further detail. -Esta lei 'regula direitos e obrigações relativos à propriedade industrial -A notificação pelo Brasil à OMC nos termos do artigo 63(2) do Acordo TRIPS: 'Artigos 46 à 49, 56 e 57 regulam a nulidade das patentes; artigo 118 regula a nulidade do registro de desenho industrial; artigos 165 à 167, 173 à 175 regulam a nulidade do registro de marcas; artigo 206 contém disposições relativas 'a segredo de justiça' e os artigos 207 à 210 contém disposições gerais relativas às ações civis relacionadas com a violação dos direitos de propriedade intelectual.' -Data de entrada em vigor: ver artigo 243 para mais detalhes.'
