'The Decree makes detailed provisions and guidelines for handling administrative violations in the field of plant varieties.'

Article 2 of Decree No. 172 /2007/NU-CP on the Revision and Supplementing of Some Articles of this Decree states: 'This Decree enters into force after 15 (fifteen days) from it is publicized in Official Gazette. Articles 14 and 15 of the Decrees No. 57/2005/ND-CP of April 27, 2005 for Penalties of Administrative Violations in the field of Plant Variety are deleted.'
