Article 67 .- 'The National Seed Institute
will take the Property Registry of Cultivators. Its aim will be to recognize and guarantee a right to the breeder of a new plant variety through the grant and registration of title in accordance with the International Convention for the Protection of New Plant Varieties signed in Paris on December 12, 1961 and amended by addenda signed in Geneva on November 10, 1972 and October 23, 1978, approved by Law No. 16.580 of September 21, 1994'.
