Shortcuts
'Article 5 of the Decree-Law is in line with Article 25(1) of the TRIPS Agreement. Textile designs shall be protected by this law . Articles 26, 28 and 35 shall be implemented especially for textile design applications.
Article 17 is in line with paragraph 1 of Article 26 of the TRIPS Agreement. Limitations on the design right are mentioned in Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24 ; and the duration of protection is explained in Article 12 of Decree-Law. '

'Madde 17, TRIPS Anlaşması Madde 26 paragraf 1 doğrultusundadır. Tasarım hakkı üzerindeki kısıtlamalar,Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamenin 21, 22, 23 ve 24 maddelerinde belirtilmistir. Koruma süresi 554 sayılı Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamenin 12 nci maddesinde açıklanmıştır.
