Notes:	This Law contain provisions relating to copyrights, trademarks of products or services, patents (Article 141(3)) and trade secrets (Article 176(7)). Article 141(3) was amended by Article 223 of Law No. 35 of May 10, 1996 on Industrial Property. Article 246 stipulates: 'This Act shall take effect ninety (90) days after its promulgation, except the articles contained in Title I, which will come into effect in nine (9) months after its promulgation.'
