Article 141(3) was amended by Article 223 of Law No. 35 of May 10, 1996 on Industrial Property.
Article 246 stipulates: 'This Act shall take effect ninety (90) days after its promulgation, except the articles contained in Title I, which will come into effect in nine (9) months after its promulgation.'
