Year of Version 2008 Dates Entry into force: January 1, 2009 Adopted: October 15, 2008 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, IP Regulatory Body, Other Notes This Regulation has introduced the amendments to the following articles of Administrative Regulation No. 21/2001 of October 22, 2001, on the Organization and Functions of the Customs Services:
-Articles 2, 4, 5, 10, 12 (renumbered as Article 13), 15 (renumbered as Article 16), 16 (renumbered as Article 17), 17 (renumbered as Article 18), 18 (renumbered as Article 19), 27 (renumbered as Article 28), Annex II;
-Articles 10-a (inserted & renumbered as Article 11), 30-a (inserted & renumbered as Article 32), 32 (repealed).

This Regulation has further repealed Article 3 of Administrative Regulation No. 4/2003 of April 14, 2003, on the Changes in the Customs Service Personnel, and Defining the Personnel Categories and Functions.
