The WTO notification states:
'The Article 11:
(a) defines the terms of geographical indications and designations of origin for olive oil;
(b)specifies to the types and packaging requirements for the relevant olive oils;
(c) prohibits illegal use of protected indications;
(d) refers to penalties;
(e) authorizes the Minister for Agriculture to determine, via Presidential Decrees, the terms, conditions and procedures for the recognition of protected indications for olive oils and other agricultural products and foodstuffs'.
