'The Law contains provisions governing the protection of the rights of plant varieties creators. The actual implementation of the Article 8 depends on the issuing of Presidential Decrees (paragraphs 10 and 11) regarding the content and properties of plant varieties, the criteria for selection, the issuing of relevant plant variety certificates and other procedural issues.'
