Article 129 of the said Law No. 2015-990 creates new Articles 52-1, 52-2 and 52-3 of this version, which does not relate to intellectual property matters.

This version of Law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014, on Consumer Protection does not reproduce the content of all provisions. For the consultation of Article 6, 8 and 16 (relating to intellectual property rights), among other provisions, please refer to the original version of the said Law.
