Notes:	The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kazakh: Қазақстан Республикасының Конституциясы, Russian: Конституция Республики Казахстан) is the supreme law of Kazakhstan. It was approved by referendum on August 30, 1995 and was amended in 2007 and in 2011. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan guarantees the right to own property (Article 6, 26) and the protection of historical and cultural heritage (Article 37).
