Notes
The Commercial Companies Law contains provisions relating to the employees' rights to their patent rights (Article 10), the trade name of a joint partnership company or a partnership (Articles 20 & 47), the trade name of a partnership derived from the name of one of its partner indicating the objective of the partnership, which is the exploitation of a patent duly registered under the said partner's name (Article 62), the trade name and objective of a holding company related to the exploitation of patent rights (Articles 264-265), and the sanctions for unauthorized disclosure of any company's secrets (Article 324(6, 8 & 10)).
