Manuel Guerra Zamarro he graduated from the Anahuac University who completed his Phd in law at the Complutense University of Madrid with agreement with the Universidad Anahuac, was President of International Legal Society "Phi Delta Phi”, Director of Public Registration of Copyright, Coordinator of Copyright Committee of the Committee of the Intellectual Property law Mexican bar, member of the Mexican Association for the protection of the Intellectual Property, and founder member of the Mexican Ccademy of Copyright, holds the chair of "Copyright and Industrial Property" undergraduate and MBA from the Anahuac University and the chair of "copyright" in diploma in the law of the Latin American University; speaker, author of various publications, expert in the field of intellectual property, now is the General Director of National Institute of Copyright.
