Enhancing Customer Service through New “Contact Hague” Form

October 27, 2017

WIPO has today launched a centralized gateway with a multilingual interface to make communicating with stakeholders and users of the Hague System easier than ever.

How can it help you?

Created to enhance efficiency through one streamlined point of entry, users can:

  • ask a legal, procedural, or other question about The Hague System (before doing so, please consult the Frequently Asked Questions);
  • inquire about the status or other details concerning an international application or registration; and
  • submit requests for priority documents or extracts from the International Register.

Starting November 1, 2017, the new Contact Hague form replaces the intreg.mail@wipo.int email address. You can access this new interface within the Hague homepage in the “Contact and updates” section.

Prefer to speak with us directly?  We are available to take your inquiries in English, French, or Spanish, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 (CET) by telephone at +41 (0) 22 338 7575.

Did you know? When you receive a response to a question submitted through the Contact Hague form, you can reply directly and keep the conversation going. Simply include the Ticket ID in the subject line of your reply to help us correctly direct your inquiry.

To create a new request or discuss a different topic, use the Contact Hague form to create a new inquiry.
