Managing International Trademark Registrations – Limit Goods and Services

You can ask to restrict the list of goods and services for some or all Madrid System members covered in your international trademark registration (“asset“, directly through your eMadrid workbench: 
  1. Log in to eMadrid with your WIPO Account
  2. Go to “Manage your trademarks” to access your workbench
  3. Click on the three dots (“…”) to the right of the relevant asset – or open the asset directly in your workbench and click “Manage trademark”
  4. Select “Limit the goods and services”
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your request.
The restricted goods and services will remain in your international trademark registration, but in practice will no longer apply in the members for which you requested the limitation.

How much does it cost?

The fee for limiting goods and services is 177 Swiss francs per limitation, regardless of the number of Madrid System members concerned. Explore payment methods.
