Managing International Trademark Registrations – Cancel an International Trademark Registration

You can request total or partial cancellation of an international trademark registration (“asset”) – remove some or all of the goods and services for all designated Madrid System members – directly through your eMadrid workbench.

Warning: cancellation (partial or total) is permanent.

If you request total cancellation, we will remove your international registration from the International Register.
If you request partial cancellation, the cancelled goods and services will no longer be protected in any of the designated Madrid System members. You will not be able to restore protection later on using “Expand protection”.

To restore protection, you would have to file a new international trademark application.

Log in to eMadrid with your WIPO Account
Go to “Manage your trademarks” to access your workbench
Click on the three dots (“…”) to the right of the asset – or open the asset directly in your workbench and click “Manage trademark”
Choose “Partial cancellation” or “Total cancellation”
Follow the prompts to complete your request.

重要提示！如果访问“Cancel an International Registration（注销国际注册）”所用的产权组织帐户电子邮件地址与已登记的国际注册的电子邮件地址不一致，我们将向已登记的代理人的电子邮件地址（如有）发送注销国际注册授权请求。否则，我们将向已登记的注册人的电子邮件地址发送授权请求。

如果在14天内没有收到授权，我们将取消该请求。
