Managing International Trademark Registrations – Certified Documents

You can download international trademark registration certificates issued since 2010 directly through your eMadrid workbench. You can also request certified documents including attestations, copies of certificates issued before 2010, detailed and simple certified extracts.

Log in to eMadrid with your WIPO Account
Go to “Manage your trademarks” to access your workbench
Open the relevant international trademark registration (“asset”) directly in your workbench
Click the “Certified documents” tab
Follow the prompts to complete your request.

You can find up-to-date information on the status of protection of an international trademark registration, in each designated member, through your eMadrid workbench or through the “Find and Monitor” tab in eMadrid. You can also request certified documents for any international trademark registration through “Find and Monitor”.
