decree n° 2001-1802 dated 7 August 2001, fixing
the amount and the methods of perception and
use of the royalties due to the registration of
varieties of the seeds and seedlings and
certificates of vegetable obtaining at the related
catalogues and of the yearly rental due on the
certificates of vegetable obtaining after their
registration.
The President of The Republic,
On a proposal from the Minister of Agriculture and
Water Resources,
Having regard to law n° 99-42 dated 10 May 1999,
Relating to the seeds, seedlings and vegetable obtaining, as
amended by law n° 2000-66 dated 3 July 2000, notably
article 47,
Having regard to decree n° 2000-102 dated 18 January
2000, fixing the composition and operating methods of the
seeds , seedlings and vegetable obtaining technical
commission and all amending texts, notably the decree n°
2007-403 dated 26 February 2007,
Having regard to decree n° 2000-1282 dated 13 June 2000, fixing the form of the official catalogue, the registration procedures of vegetable varieties and the registration conditions of the seeds and seedlings obtained recently on the waiting list,
Having regard to decree n° 2001-1802 dated 7 August
2001, fixing the amount and the methods of perception and
use of the royalties due to the registration of varieties of the
seeds and seedlings and certificates of vegetable obtaining
at the related catalogues and of the yearly rental due on the
certificates of vegetable obtaining after their registration.
Having regard to the opinion of the administrative court.
Decrees:
Article one – The tables appearing in the articles 4, 7, 9
and part I (A) of the table appearing in article 10 of the
decree n° 2001-1802 dated 7 August 2001 mentioned above
are amended as follows :
