备注 This consolidated version of the Copyright Act, 2001 takes into account amendments up to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act, 2017) (Act No. 11 of 2017), which entered into force on May 4, 2017. Schedule that regulates section 2 entitled "Amendments of written laws" of the said amending Act No. 11 of 2017 introduced amendments to sections 2, 7, 9, 11, 16, 18(3), 30(8), 30(A), 39(3), 45(3), 46, 48, 49 where the words "Minister" was replaced with the words "Cabinet Secretary". This consolidated version does not incorporate the amendments introduced by the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act, 2018 (Act No. 18 of 2018).
