The program will feature remarks, a presentation of the 2026 cluster results, and discussions on the factors driving innovation in these dynamic sub-national innovation ecosystems.

Every year, WIPO's Global Innovation Index identifies the world's top 100 innovation clusters. These rankings reveal the geographical areas where inventors, scientific authors, and venture capital activity converge to form the beating heart of national innovation ecosystems. This year, WIPO will release the 2026 innovation cluster rankings online and host a webinar to present the results and discuss key findings.
