This consolidated version of the Law of April 19, 2014 takes into account amendments up to the 'Law of October 26, 2015, on Amendments to the Code of Economic Law and Containing Other Amending Provisions', which entered into force on different dates.
Article 72 under Chapter 3 of the said amending Law of October 26, 2015, which entered into force on November 9, 2015, introduced amendments to Article 32, section 2 of this consolidated version, where the following law was added to the list of the repealed laws:
'...- Law of May 20, 1975, on the Protection of New Plant Varieties, as last amended by the Law of May 10, 2007, Relating to the Judicial Aspects of the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights...'.
