注 This consolidated version of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations incorporates all amendments in force as of September 1, 2011, including those introduced by SOR/2011-147 (Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Broadcasting Act).
This consolidated version of the Broadcasting Information Regulations incorporates all the amendments up to 2011 (see section 2 for the latest amendments).
These consolidated Regulations provide the requirements for the submission of information regarding the broadcasting programming of the licensee that may be requested by the Telecommunications Commission.
