WIPO《专利合作条约》(PCT)的国际专利申请量2010年增长4.8%，其中，中国(+56.2%)、大韩民国(+20.5%)和日本(+7.9%)增长势头强劲，从而抵消了欧洲国家有增有长和美国继续下降(-1.7%)带来的影响。

Sixth Global Congress on Combating Counterfeiting and Piracy Opens in Paris
Over 800 delegates from intergovernmental organizations, national governments, enforcement agencies and business from more than 100 countries convened today in Paris to address the serious global impact of the growing trade in counterfeit and pirated goods and the need to build respect for intellectual property in a balanced and sustainable way. The Sixth Global Congress on Combating Counterfeiting and Piracy, meeting on February 2-3, 2011, is organized under the High Patronage of the President of the French Republic.

Más de 800 delegados de organizaciones intergubernamentales, gobiernos nacionales, organismos encargados de velar por el cumplimiento de la ley y diversas empresas, procedentes de más de 100 países, se han dado cita hoy en París para abordar la nefasta incidencia que tiene el creciente comercio de productos falsificados y pirateados y la necesidad de cultivar el respeto por la propiedad intelectual de forma equilibrada y sostenible. El Sexto Congreso Mundial de Lucha contra la Falsificación y la Piratería, que se celebra los días 2 y 3 de febrero, está auspiciado por el Presidente de la República Francesa.
Ouverture à Paris du sixième Congrès mondial sur la lutte contre la contrefaçon et le piratage
Plus de 800 délégués représentant les organisations intergouvernementales, les gouvernements nationaux, les organes chargés de faire respecter les droits et les milieux d'affaires de plus de 100 pays se sont réunis aujourd'hui à Paris pour discuter des incidences sérieuses, au niveau mondial, du développement du commerce des marchandises de contrefaçon et piratées, ainsi que de la nécessité de promouvoir le respect de la propriété intellectuelle d'une manière viable et équilibrée. Le sixième Congrès mondial sur la lutte contre la contrefaçon et le piratage, qui a lieu les 2 et 3 février 2011, est organisé sous le haut patronage du président de la République française.

Technical Symposium to Address Access to Medicines, Patent Information and Freedom to Operate
The second in a series of joint - technical level - symposia organized by the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the World Trade Organization (WTO) will be held at the WHO on February 18, 2011. This meeting, which will be opened by the Directors General of the three co-organizers – Mrs. Margaret Chan, Mr. Francis Gurry and Mr. Pascal Lamy – will be preceded on February 17, 2011 by a workshop at WIPO on patent searches and freedom to operate.

El segundo simposio de la serie de simposios técnicos organizados por la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), la Organización Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual (OMPI) y la Organización Mundial del Comercio (OMC), se celebrará en la Sede de la OMS el 18 de febrero de 2011. Esa reunión, que será inaugurada por los Directores Generales de los coorganizadores – la Sra. Margaret Chan, el Sr. Francis Gurry y el Sr. Pascal Lamy – estará precedida de un taller sobre búsquedas de patentes y la libertad de acción que tendrá lugar en la OMPI el 17 de febrero de 2011.

Le deuxième symposium technique d'une série organisée conjointement par l'Organisation mondiale de la santé (OMS), l'Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OMPI) et l'Organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC) se tiendra à l'OMS le 18 février 2011. Cette réunion, qui sera ouverte par les directeurs généraux des trois organisations – Mme Margaret Chan, M. Francis Gurry et M. Pascal Lamy – sera précédée le 17 février 2011 par un atelier sur les recherches en matière de brevets et la liberté d'exploitation, qui se tiendra à l'OMPI.

Второй из серии совместных симпозиумов технического уровня, организуемых Всемирной организацией здравоохранения (ВОЗ), Всемирной организацией интеллектуальной собственности (ВОИС) и Всемирной торговой организацией (ВТО), будет проходить в ВОЗ 18 февраля 2011 г. Открытию этого симпозиума, на котором выступят Генеральные директора трех соорганизаторов – г-жа Маргарет Чан, г-н Фрэнсис Гарри и г-н Паскаль Лами, будет предшествовать семинар ВОИС по патентным поискам и операционной свободе, который состоится 17 февраля 2011 г.

Global Anti-Counterfeiting and Piracy Congress to Meet in Paris
WIPO Director General Francis Gurry will be joined by his counterparts at INTERPOL, Mr. Ronald K. Noble, and the World Custom's Organization (WCO), Mr. Kunio Mikuriya, as well as France's Minister of Economy, Mrs. Christine Lagarde, at the opening of the Sixth Global Congress on Combating Counterfeiting and Piracy in Paris on February 2, 2011 to address the question of building respect for intellectual property in a balanced and sustainable way. A number of ministers from around the world are expected to attend the Congress, in addition to other top government officials and corporate leaders.

Kunio Mikuriya, et par la ministre française de l'économie, Mme Christine Lagarde à l'occasion de l'ouverture du sixième Congrès mondial sur la lutte contre la contrefaçon et le piratage, qui aura lieu à Paris le 2 février 2011, pour discuter de la question de la promotion du respect de la propriété intellectuelle d'une manière viable et équilibrée. Les ministres de plusieurs pays du monde, ainsi que d'autres hauts fonctionnaires nationaux et des chefs d'entreprise, devraient assister au congrès.
