Updated ISA and IPEA Agreement (Israel Patent Office)

The amended Agreement between the Government of Israel and the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization in relation to the functioning of the Israel Patent Office as an International Searching Authority and International Preliminary Examining Authority under the Patent Cooperation Treaty, to enter into force on 1 March 2026, has been published at:
