PCT Patent Prosecution Highway (PCT-PPH) pilots

PPH pilots between Austria and China and Czechia and China

Two Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot programs have been extended recently. The pilot program between China and Czechia has been extended for three years, from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028, while the pilot between Austria and China has been extended for five years, from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2031.
