The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify the deposit by the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, on May 11, 2026, of the following declaration:
- in accordance with Article 13 of the Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks (Nice Agreement), the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland declares that the United Kingdom's ratification of the Nice Agreement (see Nice Notification No. 45) shall be extended to the territory of the Bailiwick of Jersey, for the international relations of which the United Kingdom is responsible.
This declaration will enter into force, with respect to the territory of the Bailiwick of Jersey, on August 11, 2026.
