ملاحظات This consolidated version of Decree No. 977 Approving Food Health Regulations takes into account amendments up to "Decree No. 38 on Amendments to Supreme Decree No. 977", which was published in the Official Gazette on February 2, 2021, and entered into force on August 3, 2021.
Article 1 of the said amending Decree No. 38 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version of Decree No. 977:
- Title II, Paragraph II, Article 107, letters e ) and g) (amended).
- Title VIII, Paragraph V, Article 216 (amended), Articles 217 and 218 (repealed).
- Title XXIV, Paragraph III, the first paragraph of Article 456 (amended).

Article 106, letter 29), Article 107, letters a) and m), and Article 110ter, letter a) and Article 497 bis of this consolidated version of Decree No. 977 refer to trademarks.
