| By invitation only. WIPO, in collaboration with the Industrial Property Office of Madagascar (OMAPI), hosts an online webinar in French on the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) on October 30, 2026. The webinar promotes the PCT and encourages its use. Participants receive practical guidance on key PCT procedures and on filing international applications through ePCT. The webinar also supports OMAPI’s preparations to begin operating as a PCT receiving Office on January 2, 2027. The webinar is designed for current and potential PCT users in Madagascar, including researchers, IP practitioners, winners of OMAPI’s recent innovation competition, and OMAPI staff. | |
