It covers how to prepare for national and regional phase entry under the PCT System, and provides an overview of the requirements applied by designated Offices, including types of protection, time limits, fees, and practical guidance from experts. This free webinar is organized in cooperation with the PCT International Cooperation Division, the Section for Caucasian, Central Asian and Eastern European Countries (CACEEC) and the WIPO Office in the Russian Federation.
