The Riga City Court ruled in favor of the claim.

To declare design registration No. D 15 855 – 3 (images 3.01, 3.02, 3.03, and 3.04) invalid in the Republic of Latvia from the date of design registration.

To recover from SIA “Yappy Kids” in favor of the Ukrainian company TOV “Ingvart” the costs of the proceedings – a state fee of EUR 215 and the costs related to the proceedings for obtaining evidence in the amount of EUR 405.12, for a total of EUR 620.12.
