ملاحظات The consolidated Broadcasting Act issued on June 22, 2023, includes several targeted references to copyright, notably in the provisions limiting the regulation of non‑commercial user‑generated content (section 4.2(3)), in the rules guiding the CRTC’s approach to Canadian‑program requirements (section 10), and in the powers granted to the CBC to manage and acquire intellectual property (sections 46(1)(l) and 46(1)(m)).
