ملاحظات This consolidated version of the Civil Procedure Code incorporates amendments up to "Decree No. 2025-734 of July 30, 2025, Relating to the Procedure Applicable to Class Actions and the Register of Class Actions", which entered into force on August 2, 2025.
The said Decree No. 2025-734 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version of the Code:
