Extra verification may be needed. As part of a new security process to protect your payments (PSD2), your bank or card issuer may ask for extra confirmation to complete your payment. This extra layer of security makes your online card transactions safer and reduces the risk of fraud.

To meet Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements, we will prompt your bank’s "3D Secure" identity verification when using a credit or debit card. This may include:

    • a one-time passcode sent via SMS,
    • a password, or
    • fingerprint or face recognition.

If you’re asked to verify your identity, just follow the instructions from your bank. If you run into any issues, please contact your bank or card issuer for help.
