面向公众举办的生命科学与知识产权系列专题讨论会第二次会议，将于2007年9月19日（星期三）在世界知识产权组织（WIPO）召开，并将讨论知识产权与公共卫生这一近年来已在国际上引起讨论与关注的领域中的一些时事问题。
مؤتمر يدرس الفرص والتحديات المتعلقة بالإدارة الجماعية لحق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة في أمريكا الشمالية
ستكون قضايا من قبيل طريقة تلقي المؤلفين والملحين والفنانين أجرا مقابل الانتفاع بأعمالهم في الاقتصاد الرقمي والفرص الجديدة لإدارة حقوق المبدعين بطريقة إلكترونية محور المناقشات في مؤتمر تنظمه المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية (الويبو) من 17 إلى 19 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 2007، في جامعة فاندربلت في مدينة ناشفيل، تينيسي، في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. وسيتطرق المشاركون في المؤتمر الخاص بالإدارة الجماعية لحق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة في أمريكا الشمالية، المفتوح أمام الجمهور، إلى مواضيع جوهرية مثل تأثير الخدمات والنماذج التجارية الجديدة- تقاسم الملفات والبث عبر مشغل الوسائط المتعددة (pod casting) والإرسال المتواصل وخدمات الفيديو على الإنترنت- والاتجاهات التكنولوجية في المستقبل، والترخيص للتقنيات، وبنيات وتوزيع الرسوم، والتدابير اللازمة لمحاربة التنزيل غير المشروع.
Conference Examines Opportunities and Challenges to Collective Management of Copyright and Related Rights in North America
Questions such as how authors, composers and artists receive payment for use of their work in the digital economy and new opportunities for managing creators' rights electronically will be the focus of discussions at a conference organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) from October 17 to 19, 2007, at the Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, United States of America. Key issues such as the impact of new services and business models – file-sharing, pod casting, streaming and Internet video services – future technological trends, licensing techniques, fee structures and distribution and measures to combat illegal downloading, will all be addressed by participants at the Conference on Collective Management of Copyright and Related Rights in North America, which is open to the public.
Jornadas abiertas sobre las oportunidades y los problemas que se presentan a las instituciones estadounidenses de gestión colectiva del derecho de autor y los derechos conexos
La Organización Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual (OMPI) auspicia unas jornadas de carácter público que se celebrarán los días 17, 18 y 19 de octubre próximos en la Universidad Vanderbilt, sita en la ciudad de Nashville (Estado de Tenesí). El acto se denomina “Conferencia sobre la gestión colectiva del derecho de autor y los derechos conexos en la América del Norte” y girará en torno a los problemas de recaudación por el uso de la obra que el mundo de Internet conlleva para los autores, compositores y artistas, debatiéndose asimismo las oportunidades que brindan los nuevos medios electrónicos para administrar mejor los derechos de autor. Entre otras cuestiones, se abordarán las repercusiones de los nuevos servicios y modalidades de explotación de la obra intelectual, como el intercambio de ficheros, el podcasting, la transmisión por caudales y los servicios de vídeo por Internet; los futuros adelantos técnicos; el régimen de otorgamiento de licencias; las categorías de los derechos de explotación y el reparto de éstos; y las medidas para combatir la descarga ilícita de obras por medio de Internet.
Conférence consacrée à l'examen des possibilités et des enjeux découlant de la gestion collective du droit d'auteur et des droits connexes en Amérique du Nord
Des questions telles que la façon dont auteurs, compositeurs et artistes perçoivent une rémunération pour l'utilisation de leurs œuvres dans l'économie numérique et les nouvelles possibilités de gestion électronique des droits des créateurs seront au centre des débats lors d'une conférence que l'Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OMPI) tiendra du 17 au 19 octobre 2007, à l'Université Vanderbilt à Nashville, Tennessee (États-Unis d'Amérique). Les participants à la Conférence sur la gestion collective du droit d'auteur et des droits connexes en Amérique du Nord, qui est ouverte au public, aborderont des questions essentielles telles que les incidences des nouveaux services et modèles commerciaux – partage de fichiers, “pod casting” (téléchargement vers un lecteur de fichiers de données audio), services de diffusion de vidéos en continu et sur l'Internet –, les futures tendances technologiques, les techniques de concession de licence, les structures et la répartition des redevances, ainsi que les mesures destinées à lutter contre le téléchargement illégal.

افتتحت المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية (الويبو) الدورة السابعة لماجستير قانون في الملكية الفكرية يوم 3 سبتمبر/أيلول 2007، وهو برنامج دراسات عليا مشترك حول الملكية الفكرية تقدمه أكاديمية الويبو العالمية بالاشتراك مع جامعة تورينو والمركز الدولي للتدريب التابع لمنظمة العمل الدولية، في مقر المركز الدولي للتدريب في تورينو بإيطاليا. ويشارك 33 طالبا من كامل أنحاء العالم في برنامج 2007-2008.
WIPO & Partners Launch 7th Session of LLM in Intellectual Property
The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on September 3, 2007, launched the seventh session of the Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property, a joint post-graduate program in intellectual property (IP) offered by the WIPO Worldwide Academy, the University of Turin and the International Labour Organisation, International Training Center (ILO-ITC), at the ILO-ITC in Turin, Italy. Thirty three students from around the world are participating in the 2007/2008 program.

El pasado 3 de septiembre dio comienzo el curso de máster en Derecho de la propiedad intelectual, curso de postgrado que organiza por séptimo año consecutivo la Academia Mundial de la Organización Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual (OMPI), en colaboración con la Universidad de Turín y el Centro Internacional de Formación de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT). En el programa de 2007/2008 participan 33 estudiantes procedentes de todo el mundo.

L'Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OMPI) a lancé, le 3 septembre 2007, au Centre international de formation de l'Organisation internationale du Travail (OIT) à Turin (Italie), la septième session du programme de maîtrise en droit de la propriété intellectuelle, un programme de troisième cycle proposé conjointement par l'Académie mondiale de l'OMPI, l'Université de Turin et le Centre international de formation de l'OIT. Trente trois étudiants venus du monde entier sont inscrits à cette session 2007 2008.

Третьего сентября 2007 г. Всемирная организация интеллектуальной собственности (ВОИС) открыла 7-ю сессию Программы на получение ученой степени магистра права (LLM) в области интеллектуальной собственности - совместной программы в области интеллектуальной собственности (ИС) для выпускников высших учебных заведений, предлагаемой Всемирной Академией ВОИС, Университетом Турина и Международным учебным центром Международной организации труда (МОТ-МУЦ) в помещении МОТ-МУЦ в Турине, Италия. В программе 2007-2008 гг. принимает участие тридцать три студента из различных стран мира.

世界知识产权组织(WIPO) 2007年9月3日在意大利都灵ILO-ITC 开办知识产权法律硕士(LLM)第七期研究生班。该研究生班是WIPO世界学院、都灵大学和国际劳工组织国际培训中心(ILO-ITC)联合开办的一个知识产权硕士研究生项目，2007/2008年共招收来自全世界的33名学员。

اجتمع الممثلون الدائمون في جنيف لأعضاء منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي في خلوة أقامتها المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية (الويبو) في 5 سبتمبر/أيلول 2007 لإمعان النظر في قضايا الساعة المتعلقة بجدول الأعمال الدولي بشأن الملكية الفكرية. وأتاح الاجتماع منبرا لممثلي مجموعة المؤتمر الإسلامي لتبادل الآراء حول المسائل ذات الأهمية الخاصة في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية في بلدانهم.
WIPO Organizes Retreat for OIC Member States
Geneva-based Permanent Representatives members of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) attended a retreat organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on September 5, 2007 for an in-depth review of topical issues on the international intellectual property agenda. The meeting provided a forum for representatives of the OIC group to exchange views on matters of particular interest to their economic development.

Los Representantes Permanentes en Ginebra de los Estados pertenecientes a la Organización de la Conferencia Islámica (OCI) participaron en un seminario organizado por la Organización Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual (OMPI) el 5 de septiembre de 2007, a fin de examinar a fondo cuestiones de actualidad en el ámbito internacional de la propiedad intelectual. Esta reunión brindó a los Representantes del Grupo de la OCI un foro en el que intercambiar opiniones sobre cuestiones de especial interés para el desarrollo económico, social y cultural de sus países.
L'OMPI organise une retraite à l'intention des États membres de l'OCI
Les représentants permanents à Genève des membres de l'Organisation de la Conférence islamique (OCI) ont pris part à une retraite organisée par l'Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OMPI), le 5 septembre 2007, en vue d'examiner de façon approfondie les questions d'actualité relatives à la propriété intellectuelle sur le plan international. La réunion a permis aux représentants du Groupe de l'OCI d'échanger leurs vues sur des questions présentant un intérêt particulier pour le développement économique, social et culturel de leurs pays.
