We are writing on behalf of our client, ANAKENA PHARMA MARKETING, S.L. ("ANAKENA"), a company devoted to promoting information about generic drugs.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Annex II of the Report of the Second Internet Domain Name Process contains inaccurate information. According to the text of Annex II, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) submitted the information that is published as Annex II of the Report.

The above referred Annex lists some examples of INNs registered as domain names, as well as the registrant of each such domain name. In this respect, please note that Mr. Andrivet is not the registrant of the domain names that are attributed to him, as the registrant since January 2001 is ANAKENA. We request that such Annex be modified accordingly.

Furthermore, we would like to bring your attention to the fact that Annex II does not barely include any domain names (consisting of INNs) which are registered by pharmaceutical or cosmetic companies. In this sense, we attach to this letter as Exhibit II a list of examples. We understand that, in order to avoid misunderstandings, Annex II of the Report should be as

accurate and complete as possible, and therefore we request that said Annex is completed with the information we provide in Exhibit I to this letter.
