The Protection of Theater (Stage) Directors’ Rights has been discussed under the agenda item “Other Matters” since the 35^th session of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) in 2017. Research done for the Committee indicates a range of ways in which stage directors’ rights are handled in various Member States.
