INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (BORDER ENFORCEMENT) ACT 2018
(COMMENCEMENT) NOTIFICATION 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Intellectual Property (Border Enforcement) Act 2018, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification is the Intellectual Property (Border Enforcement) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2019.
2. Division 2 of Part 1, Division 2 of Part 4 and sections 87(2), 88(2), 89(4), (5) and (6) and 90(4), (5), (6) and (7) of the Intellectual Property (Border Enforcement) Act 2018 come into operation on 21 November 2019.
