New version of ePCT available
WIPO has released a new version of ePCT, its online service for secure filing and management of international patent applications.
Version 4.18 incorporates several refinements to improve the user experience for both applicants and patent Offices, including:
The Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) was set up in the 1998-1999 biennium to examine substantive law topics in the field of workflow refinements for Receiving Offices, International Searching Authorities and International Preliminary Examining Authorities.
- copyright and related rights
- automatic language checks on certain uploaded documents, helping identify issues before submission;
- a new option to view sequence listings in a more user-friendly format; and
