Excuse of delay in meeting time limits

Notification under PCT Rule 82quater.2(a) (International Bureau)

As published on the WIPO website, the ePCT system experienced intermittent outages during the following period:

From 7 June 2026, 22:46 Central European Summer Time (CEST) to 8 June 2026, 02:59 (CEST)

Applicants who did not meet a time limit fixed in the PCT Regulations due to this incident may request excuse of delay in meeting that time limit under PCT Rule 82quater.2(a). For the applicable conditions, refer to the notification by the International Bureau published in the Official Notices (PCT Gazette) of 16 November 2023 (pp.217–18).
