- Users from 200 countries are now using the platform

Over the past year, we've been listening to your feedback and continuously improving eMadrid, including:
- Faster representative changes – By popular request, we made it easier for new representatives to submit “Appoint/replace representative” requests, so they can take over management of international trademark registrations with less delay. Find out more

- Manage email address – We have made it easier for you to check and update your on-record email addresses, so you never miss important notifications about your registrations; and
- Filtering assets – We have enhanced the filtering on your workbench assets, always displaying your most recent transactions first, so you can quickly spot what needs your attention.
We are working on more enhancements to make it even easier for you to manage your international trademark registrations.
Refresher webinars
In the meantime, whether you're a seasoned user or have just started using eMadrid, it’s always worth revisiting the basics to make sure you are getting the most out of the platform. Starting October, we will be offering refresher webinars in seven languages, exploring how eMadrid streamlines international trademark registration management.
We will show you around the platform, walking you through key features like:
